in favour of NATCON IASO 2015 payable at Cuttack and Sent to:
Dept of Surgical Oncology, AH Regional Cancer Centre.
Cuttack - 753 007, Odissa, along with a printed copy of this email.
Cancellation & Refund of Registration Fee:
- Refund request for cancelation to be sent to conference secretariat.
- 25% deduction of registration fees up to 31st July 2015.
- No refund after 1st August 2015.
- All refunds will be sent after the conference
This letter is an acknowledgement of your registration, which will be confirmed
once the registration fee has been received in full.
